Message	I have called on my cell pretty much everytime. So I could pull the phone records if necassary. Not sure that ANY of my mail has ever been responded to, but I keep all mail forever. At this point, SGP has claimed no responsiblity on anything, and hasn't written me anything. Hopefully this will get resolved w/o lawyers. I *HATE* lawyers, I have NEVER sued anyone, and try to always be reasonable and up front w/ people. But not responding is *REALLY* bad for business and your reputation. Chris.
